Wall Street Cares is a not-for-profit 501 c 3 organization founded in 2003 by a group of individuals with a common goal to help those who couldn’t help themselves. Through our various events during the year, it is the groups’ goal to help ease the burden on children and their parents who have lost spouses unexpectedly. Contributions are tax deductible and will directly benefit a specific charity which is identified before each event.
From four individuals playing golf on Good Friday, the groundwork for what was to become Wall Street Cares was formed. After the tragic events of September 11th, 2001, that idea was made a reality when our group, operating as a “charitable club” managed to raise $22,000 for one of our Wall Street partners, the family of Robert Scandole, who was taken from us that day. In our early years, our goal was to help the families on 9/11 victims through the dedicated work of the board, to give to the children some stability in an unstable world. As the years have progressed, we have adjusted our focus to anyone who needs our help. Through the boards’ tireless efforts, WSC has helped many families, other charitable organizations and events…wherever a difference can be made. Our hope is to continue each year to hold events to raise the awareness and success of our organization, and in turn, help more individuals who need it. Through its previous events, the organization, with your help, has raised over $1.5 million dollars.
Our current board comprises of the Executive board and Board of Trustees. All members are sworn to uphold the integrity and good will associated with Wall Street Cares, and will strive to help as many charities as possible throughout the years to come.

A Letter from the Board
Happy New Year!
Wall Street Cares wishes you a very happy and healthy 2020. We hope this note find you well and while the calendar and weather certainly doesn’t lend itself for golf, we are busy planning this year’s event. So please save Friday, April 10th for our 19th annual outing.
Your generous support through the years has been greatly influential in accomplishing our goal to help ease the burden on children and their parents who have lost spouses unexpectedly. During out first 18 years we have raised more than $1.5 million dollars. It is your support that sustains our mission and makes all the difference.
Through your continuous generosity Wall Street Cares presented a check for $48,500 to the Davidson Family. A great deal of hard work went into last year’s event and your contributions and attendance provided not only financial assistance but emotional support to Eileen and the entire Davidson Family.
Please visit our newly designed website at www.wallstreetcares.com for outing info, sponsorship opportunities and electronic sign up for all aspects of our event!
Thank you again and we look forward to seeing you on April 10th.
